Welcome to Happy Sheep. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

• Products: All items are described as accurately as possible. Small variations may occur due to artisanal production.
• Orders and payment: Orders are confirmed only after payment. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
• Shipping: Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.
• Returns and refunds: Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product by emailing joy@happysheep.it. Refunds are issued once the item is returned in original condition. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, including in Italy. The cost of return shipping is deducted from the refund. Duties, taxes and shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Liability: We are not liable for damages caused by improper use of the products.
• Changes: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
