Shipping policy

• Processing time: Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days. During collection launches or sales periods, processing may take longer.

• Shipping: We ship worldwide from Milan, Italy, using trusted couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS). Delivery times depend on destination:

  • Italy: 2–4 business days

  • Europe: 3–7 business days

  • USA & International: 5–10 business days

• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once the order has shipped.

• Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

• Delays: We are not responsible for courier delays or customs inspections beyond our control.
