Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Happy Sheep ships worldwide from Milan with tracked courier. Italy 8 EUR (2-3 working days), Europe 10 EUR (3-7 working days), rest of the world 15 EUR (5-10 working days). Duties and taxes outside the European Union are paid by the customer.

How does Happy Sheep handle shipping and delivery?

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, usually within 2-3 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier or customs process. Happy Sheep is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or customs clearance.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your shipment.

What is Happy Sheep's return and refund policy?

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery by writing to joy@happysheep.it with your order number. Items must be unworn, with tags and original packaging. Return shipping is free in Italy; outside Italy it is paid by the customer. Refunds go to the original payment method once the item is received and checked. Duties, taxes and shipping costs are non-refundable.
