DELIVERY & RETURNS
Shipping
We ship from Milan with tracked courier.
- Italy: 8 EUR, 2-3 working days
- Europe: 10 EUR, 3-7 working days
- Rest of the world: 15 EUR, 5-10 working days
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, usually within 2-3 working days. During launches and holidays please allow a few extra days.
Duties and taxes outside the European Union are paid by the customer and are not included in the shipping price. Please check with your local customs office before ordering. Duties, taxes and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns and exchanges
You can return an item within 14 days of delivery.
Write to joy@happysheep.it with your order number and the item you want to return, and we will send you the instructions. If you would like an exchange, tell us in the same email.
Items must be unworn, in their original condition, with all tags and the original packaging.
Return shipping is free in Italy. Outside Italy the cost of the return shipment is paid by the customer. Duties, taxes and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds go to the original payment method after we receive and check the item. Refunds or exchanges for items returned without our authorisation cannot be issued.
