• Orders & Payment: Orders are confirmed only after payment. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

• Shipping: Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

• Returns & Refunds: Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product by emailing joy@happysheep.it. Refunds are issued once the item is returned in original condition. Shipping and customs fees are non-refundable.

• Liability: We are not liable for damages caused by improper use of the products.
